Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal and Indonesian Government, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Invasi Hosting from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Invasi Hosting's servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:

Hacking/cracking, cracks, spam software or any material that contains a virus or any other harmful code are prohibited.
Use of our servers prohibits the storage of home computer files / mp3,4 / Mass storage of software / movies / your account can host files pertaining to your website and or clients.

CPU USAGE
If your account is found to use more than 15% of the CPU for more than 15 minutes, your account will be suspended / terminated.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Invasi Hosting is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be terminated without a refund.

Bandwidth Usage
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.

Billing
If you get an email telling you to pay an invoice, you must pay it within 36 hours or we will suspend yourservice until you pay.

Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
We have a 30 days money back guarantee, as long as you have a valid reason why you want the refund, we can provide it. Remember, this is only for monthly shared and reseller or master reseller package and does not apply administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.

Cancellation Refunds
We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees to accounts. We require 30 days notice for a cancellation.

Disclaimer
Invasi Hosting cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Invasi Hosting are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by Invasi Hosting are not directly owned or written by Invasi Hosting. Moreover, Invasi Hosting holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as Invasi Hosting sees fit.

Account Activation
By activating your account with us, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.

Changes to the TOS
INVASI hosting reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
